Hi :)

Ive recently dual booted Ubuntu 9.04 woth windows Vista...Im using ubuntu more than vista!!

Although when I want to have web cam chats I cant :(

How can I solve this?

I have a Dell Studio 1737 Laptop.Built in webcam,IM client- Pidgen instant messenger.

Oh yeah 1 more thing...Is there some software I can download on ubuntu to take pics and add effects to them with my cam?

Kind Regards,

Tom

"cheese" allows you to take pictures and do funky effects (a bit like Mac Photobooth application).

As far as I'm aware, Pidgin doesn't have webcam support. Not sure about Empathy either, but if it's MSN (Or Windows Live messenger), then a program called "aMsn" allows you to send/receive webcam.
