Hi all
I'm looking for an Open Source Nuclear dispersion PUFF model. Is anyone using anything like this?
I know, slim chance, but it can't hurt to try.

Are you referring to dispersion as in a nuclear accident ?

Thanks
DREAM actually looks very good.
I mailed the author because the page is unclear under what license it is released.

Let us know the outcome of the licensing issues.
Just looked at the software again and it looks pretty impressive
