As was stated in an IBM meeting on Tech computers make things possible.

Can we have a thread that list things that help individuals with learning disabilities as well as physical limitations?

Software that magnifies a page
software that reads the text on websites, pdfs, and in open office
Making Ubuntu so that it works with adaptive learning software such as JAWS, Read and Write Gold and others.

This is a market that is often over looked.

Have a look here (http://ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=145), there is a lot of good information in this sub-forum.

Thanks, I just put windows back on my laptop because "Read and Write Gold" does not work with Linux neither does "Overdrive" this overdrive service is what most public libraries us so patrons can utilize their audio books via remote access.
