Current motherboard for 8.04LTS

I need to replace a motherboard on a 8.04LTS system. I am looking at
stuff like MSI G41TM-E43 or ASUS P5QPL-VM. These are Intel 775 socket
boards around 100.00 USD. I only need the basics to work: disk,
basic video (preferring DVI), USB DAT tape.

Any suggestions?
