Hi guys,

Before installing Moblin I was curious if it supports the ability for me to password protect my netbook and allow for different user acocunts to log in (presenting them with their own homescreens etc...) ???

Thanks.

Well, 2.1 version seems to support multiple user accounts but after creating others, I noticed that you are unable to log out anywhere - quite demanded feature I think.

There seems to not exist any option to change the laptop's power settings anywhere.

I just asked about logout to an official moblin account on twitter and the response was "it's single user, you just turn it on and off".

It really hope Ubuntu will not follow upstream on that and provide a way to log out...

Yeah, I would vote for that too. Since netbook's interface is supposed to be configured personal including calendar, instant messaging, microblogging etc. there should be an option to have multiple users. For instance, me and my girlfriend both use the same netbook, so we both would like to have our own accounts since we don't MSN or Twitter via same account.
