Hello. Im trying to get a VM to run in Linux. Virtual box makes Linux crash and im tired of trying to fix it. I was wondering if their is any alternatives that are as good as Virtual box. Please let me know thanks.

Vmware server is free

VMware workstation has a free 30-day demo.

VMware player is free, and can run any virtual machine that you create with either vmware server or vmware workstation (including the demo).

You can also run the commercial version of Virtualbox (for personal use only). http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

You could also try Xen.
