Uploaded thumbnails are converted to thumbnail size only - if you click on them, they don't get bigger. See this thread for details(last few posts)

Hope you can fix it,
Noah.

No, sorry, I mean the ones uploaded using the forums - not on external sites.
It's the same error reported in this thread - http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1151901
Example - see file.

It seems that there have been size constraints put in. it Looks like maximum size is 620X280.

Which is silly, given that the guideline for the desktop screenshot thread is no inline image over 800x600 (which is larger than that attached image).
Just a not so subtle way to encourage users to use third party hosting for their images I guess. ;)

A shame, I think.

Yep I just fell foul of this. A desktop screenshot get reduced by a factor of ten. Original is 180kb. Once uploaded is 18kb.
Not good since max file size is 976.6kb for png but limited by 620x280. Does not make sense.

The funky size thing was my fault. I got distracted and wasn't thinking. Sorry about that, everyone.
I've reset the size limitation to a much more reasonable 1024x768 for all graphic filetypes.
