Or maybe it's older than dos... actually plaring it on dos is worse and using a Z-Machine interpreter is recommended.

Anyway I really want to try A Mind Forever Voyaging. It seems it was a big in in the 80s and I want to know why. And since I'll only have time for it this summer and since I also want to switch to linux this summer... Could I do both at the same time ?

I know there is Frotz http://www.cs.csubak.edu/~dgriffi/proj/frotz/ and I wonder if it works with wine or something.
And if you want to know where to get the game, it's here http://www.the-underdogs.org/game.php?id=14

Thanks whoever wants to help !

Search is your friend :)

WINE is really meant for Windows stuff. I don't know how well (if at all) it emulates DOS. For that, I'd recommend DosBox first, Bochs if necessary.

DosBox works for me. It's in synaptic.

There are tens of thousands (if not more) people registering and posting here... it's very rare that a problem has not previously been encountered unless you're living on the edge (Dapper).

DOSBox is great... As for frotz there is a native linux version (and many other versions). It's in the ubuntu repos (make sure to enable universe in sources.list)
