Quarter-Tone Midi

Is it possible to map notes from my midi keyboard to micro-tones/quarter-tones in Linux?
Is there any software out there than can help me?
Can I change the tuning of my midi keyboard somehow with software in order to play, for example, 'non-Western' music?

is probably the most widely supported software for doing this.
Some synths (zynaddsubfx and pianoteq are two off the top of my head)
can load scala files directly
