First of all I really love Ubuntu. I have been using it for a while now and hadn't needed any help till i brought the software to the office and tried using it in other means aside from casual computing at home. I have the Ubuntu loaded onto a Dell M4400 Laptop, and I am trying to load some software that I had previously had loaded on to Red Hat (the version of Red Hat that I have is out of date). When I go to load the software I get an error stating "The installer is unable to run in graphical mode Try running the installer with the -console or -silent flag" I ran it in -console but i got another error due to the fact the software wasn't meant to run in console mode. So if anybody has any suggestions feel free to let me know thanks. :)
