Is there any program/utility/tutorial on how to achive broadband bonding with Linux ?

I have two lines (Cable DSL + Telephone ADSL, separate router each, and want to combine their speed) and want them to server my website.

It is possible using a special router.
There are commercial companies who offer this service (google broadband bonding).

I wanted to know whether there is a Linux daemon or something like this that can do it (broadband bonding) for two non-special routers on Software.

PS: There are mobile phones that allow for two SIM cards...

This is almost what I search (I'd like to have it for free), unfortunately I'm in Switzerland, and not in the US or GB.
