I would like to know what should I look for in a camorder or film camera that can accurately show what is written in a computer monitor. To demonstrate what exactly the quality I am looking for I uploaded a few second video here:

You can see the quality of the video text is perfectly clear and can be read easily by anyone. So please tell me what should I look for in camcorder or film camera that can give me the same quality when recording a vblog with instruciton on your monitor screen.

You don't need to buy a camera for this. Free software such as FFmpeg or recordmydesktop are worth a try. Attached is a small example using FFmpeg compiled from this guide:
HOWTO: Install and use the latest FFmpeg and x264 (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=786095)

and then encoded using the examples in this oddly-named thread:
Re: are you know how to capture video in ubuntu?? (http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=8083568&postcount=11)

Now you are know how to capture video in ubuntu!!
