Spore in Cedega: I can has patches?

If the patch is an executable file, run it with Cedega.

I couldn't find any official download sites for any patches (except for the latest which seems to be designed for an otherwise fully patched installation). As far as I can see, you do it through EADM...which doesn't run for flash dependencies I don't know how to get around.

Also remember that Spore is a Cedega "certified" game. Meaning you can email their support about getting help with it if you cannot get it working.

I found another site for patches, but none of them applied. That one did.

Also, I'm a little embarassed to say that I forgot I can askf or help from software vendors sometimes. I'm too used to google/forums :oops:

No, it's legit. EADM used to not launch, for it required flash. I installed flash to the best of my abilities, but all I got was a tiny window and a notification icon, each giving me the same menu. I tried to login, nothing happened. I went to settings, and got a purple window until I told Cedega to stop all processes.
