Halo on WINE

I followed everything the wikipedia entry told me and when I start Halo 1, The screen is black. I still hear sound and after like 20 seconds this flat halo appears and then goes away. Any ideas? thanks in advance!

you should have followed what other do to get things started on the winehq.org website, not wikipedia.
