I want to install wow so first i installed wine...
Then i typed "winecfg" in the terminal to open the configuration for it like it sais in a tutorial that i am reading...
but i get this:
Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set correctly.
Explain please what should I do for it to work properly...
I am new to linux so be gentle please. ) Thanks.

When asking question about wine, please post them in the wine forum, and please use a descriptive title for your question.

Hi Dreamvirus.

Well, what i did is first install WOW. Copy ALL your WOW game cdś onto your hard drive into a single folder on your desktop.

right click on "Install wow" and you should see "Open with Wine Windows Program Loader" and the install should start and proceed in the normal manner.

Patch the game.

When done you can click on the WOW symbol on your desktop and start the game
as normal.

All this takes a while but it worked for me.

The next problem you may possibly have is with your graphic card
