Before

I cropped the amount of frames on the bottom one to save time lol.
1) Cheese Webcam Booth (http://freewaretips.myfreeforum.org/about2197.html) for Webcam Capture
2) I went to GIF Ninja (http://gifninja.com/) To convert the video to a gif
3) Then used GIMP (http://freewaretips.myfreeforum.org/about478.html) for everything else.
For the background I used my tv to capture the video, and all I used is a brush downloaded at DeviantART (http://deviantART.com/), and the magic wand tool to change the background to something else, of course I used layers as well.
I will make a tutorial as soon as I can get to it, in the meantime you can view my other gimp tuts here (http://freewaretips.myfreeforum.org/forum27.php).
