Hello Community,

I have just installed COMPIZ. OK, so the change from desktop to desktop has a cube rotational effect. But I am disappointed as it is all too fast and automatic that there is hardly any difference with the desktop change before I installed COMPIZ.

Is there a way to slow down the rotation so you can actually appreciate the movement (currently it happens in about 1/10 of a second). Also, can the rotation be actioned by the mouse (ie point the mouse on part of the desktop surface, click and hold and then drag the cube around)?

Also can the cube be pushed in (made smaller) and pulled out (made bigger)? in other words can you configure COMPIZ so that you feel you really have a cube somewhere in there that you can actually handle, albeit with the mouse?

Thanks

In compiz go to the rotate cube option and look for speed in general settings. Adjust to your own preference.
