Apache2 no page update

I'm running Ubuntu 8.04, i have apache2. I just got done transferring of from a Fedora server. I only copied the files, but for some reason now...when a web page has been edited, the page won't refresh in the browser like it use to. I can clear the the cache in the browsers, close them, go back to the site...and nothing changes.

Is there an Apache cache or something I'm missing here.
