Garage Installer

I have moblin dev on my Dell Vosto A90, and have been searching for the garage installer. The instructions I found tell me to go to settings, to manage applications to install it. I don't have a manage applications applet under settings anywhere. Is there a way to download it so I can install the garage app? Thanks :D

I think that garage installer is just for the original version of moblin (fedora based) and those app are not compatible with ubuntu.
