No menus in Enemy Territory

I can start Enemy Territory fine, the video will play but then it goes to blank screen. This happens to all the mods as well.

Running under dapper w/ Radeon 9250 (drivers correctly installed).

Thinking about it I get similiar problems with Warsow. Also any ideas on terrible performance with armyops & nexuiz?

I got a similar issue trying to install newer ATI drivers (8.20) under breezy.

I know they released a new version 8.21 (actually 8.22 just a few days ago), maybe it could be fixed...

For me, reverting back to 8.16 solved the problem.

I am running 8.22 at the moment with no success. When will ATi get there act together?

same thing here.
can't play ET or WarsoW. apps frozed just before displaying the menu. I had to kill the app.

I recently upgrade the ATI radeon driver from 8.16 to 8.22

I hope it will be fixed before Dapper release, or I'll have a terrible doubt: To upgrade or not to upgrade? :D
