Linux certifications

I am wondering whether anyone knows of any Linux certifications one can take.

I currently bought the book : Linux+ study guide 3rd edition by Sybex. I wonder if it is any good.

Is the Linux+ cert highly regarded? Skimming through the book, I found I already knew most of the material, didn't seem highly advanced.
