could this be why UT2k4 is laggy

I run UT from the Konsol and its laggy as crap, As the game starts this is in the Konsol
WARNING: ALC_EXT_capture is subject to change!

and when I close the game this is in the Konsol
Xlib: extension "XiG-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD" missing on display ":0.0".

any ideas?

The most likely cause for this is that your video driver is not set up correctly. What are your specs?

I did a search on google some time ago with the general consensus being those errors are harmless.

My specs are:

AMD Athlon 2600+
512MB RAM
and an ATi Radeon 9550 (this maybe the problem)
