Hi guys. I made this really simple (and almost useless :) ) howto about changing colours in the startup and shutdown Ubuntu console. I made it for my blog, but maybe it should be of interest for someone else. Here is the link:

Keep in mind that any upgrade to the lsb package will most likely overwrite that file with an updated version, and replacing it with this version may break things!

I actually run a modified init-functions file (to get around a ClamAV issue), and I fully expect it to be wiped out some day..........

This HowTo is born during a boring afternoon, without thinking very much to the side effects on changing init-functions script. If this script will be wiped out some day, well...no problem: as I told, this howto is almost useless, but it was my first one!! :)
