Hi you all, newb here.

I'm running this atlas via WINE, but i have some problems. First, the search function doesn't work, the interface is kinda glitchy, and sometimes the window sticks to the desk and i'm unable to close it, then when i want to unmount the CD keeps throwing an error saying that the aplication is being used, i've been forced to force the eject. I wonder if this is problem of some bad configuration of WINE or something else. I also tried to make an .iso image from the CD to see if that could help, and every file in the image had this "dot n' comma and one" next to it (;1), so i couldn't mount it because the .exe file was turned into .exe;1 file...
I hope that someone out there can help me.

Thanks in advance

P.S.: Sorry for the English, I'm Chilean.

Hmm. That sounds like general Wine flakiness. Wine is good, although not perfect. Honestly, I'm not sure this forum is the best place for you to get a ton of help. Posting this same request in the General forum will result in more people seeing your request and it's possible that someone there will be able to help you.

But, it's entirely possible that this program isn't going to run very well under Wine. The Wine folks are the real experts on this. There forum is here:

Honestly, I would consider joining this forum as well.

Last Note - Your English isn't bad. I've seen much worse on the Internet. It might help to break up a couple of the sentences, they seem rather long, but the question is definitely understandable.

BTW - your English is better than my pidgin Spanish. :)

Thanks for the note =)

I've already registered into the Winehq Forums. I'm going to ask there and if there's any answer i'll post it here. I'm going to post the .iso image problem in the General Forum too.

Thank you a lot (y)
