Karmic Community Themes

Besides the official Canonical contribution of artwork to Karmic there will be community submissions as well. Although not installed by default they will be available via Synaptic as "community-themes".

How does a user go about getting his/her themes added?

I could be simpler if a button where added to the "Theme" menu like: "Install community themes" like the "get more themes online" one.
