I get errors when I try to burn a CD with the Brasero or the command line on my Dell Stduo XPS 1340. Has anyone else had problems with this?

Solved, the firmware for the DVD-drive (DVD+-RW GS20N) was version A110, which added Windows 7 support, was installed on the laptop at the factory. Downgrading to A108 fixed the problem.
