So I want to start an IRC server for my website, hosted on my server. I've been playing around with ngircd on my desktop.
I would just like to know how to prevent users from creating their own channels. After loads of google-ing I still can't find anything about it. Do I have to set it in the server's config file or should I use another service for that?
