libc6-doc vs gllibc-doc

Hi,

I was trying to apt-get install libc6-doc but the package is gone and replaced by glibc-doc... so what's the difference between them? We have libc6 installed on ubuntu, not glibc, aren't we?

I googled around and found that glibc and libc6 are the same thing, but that confuse me even more... if we prefer libc6 on ubuntu, why obsolete libc6-doc?
