Hello,

Have Mac's OSX, Win7, and UNR on my Acer Aspire One. I now want Moblin (Because I am greedy and curious :) ) and wondered how much space Moblin will need? and can it make use of the existing UNR Swap partition or will it needs it's own one?

50GB for OSX, 200GB for Win7 Ultimate, 120 for UNR 9.04... 3GB Swap.

thinking of giving Moblin 10-20GB...?

Edit - Moblin wont install. Get a symlink /dev/root error....
nothing on the internet explains how to fix this

The OS takes 2.7G on my machine, & current swap will work.

Just keep trying the daily builds - a lot of problems at the moment.

I think it will be a while yet before it is any way usable.

If you really want to use the Moblin interface I would recommend using Intel's own Moblin2 distro until Ubuntu Moblin Remix is a bit further down the line. Remember its not due for release until Lynx.
