nevermind I found it...inf $ICON THEME/36x36/apps :???:
...it's called the gnome-spinner now \\:D/

People complain about the toolbar being ugly with pixmap themes because we can't theme the throbber and what do they do? Stick it in the icon themes and continue to leave themers hands tied. :-#
