I tried using unetbootin-linux to create a boot memory stick for an entirely different laptop that is terminally ill. The program told me the memory stick was not mounted. I tried mounting it, but it was never recognized. Is there an easier way to find and load Ubuntu boot files on a memory stick?
I have tried the advice of several articles, all to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.
Also, has anyone else had recent firefox crashing after updates? I would try to isolate updates, but there were 300+, so hard to tell which one is the culprit.
