I cant subscribe to the jail

I like to subscribe to sub forums like the res center so I can know whats going on with the forums.

Today I tried to subscribe to the jail and I cant because people cant post in it. any way this can be fixed?

blast, was hoping it would be an easy change a setting fix. Oh well Thanks for the reply all the same.

I got all my posts and other sub forums of intrest subscribed so it aint that bad at all :)
