On some files I seen a "cloud" icon (attached). What does it mean?

Ummm, never saw one, but found this (http://https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+bug/406009).

uploading to the cloud...Thought so, but there are times I seen it and was like, these files should be in the cloud so maybe it means something else...

But maybe for some reason it had to re-upload those files or something... Or maybe it was checking them against the ones in the cloud...
