Hi,
I'm interested in creating a hackintosh and I've run into a problem where no one I know has a Mac to create the USB stick for installation. If I have a legit copy of the OSX disc is there ANY way that I can use grub and the terminal to create this first step? Thanks in advanced!

No; you can only legally install OSX on Apple hardware, according to the EULA.
May I be bold and recommend installing Ubuntu instead? :)

Oh I'm using Ubuntu, but I was trying to use it to make the bootable USB drive. The only tutorials that I can find to do it is either by downloading a illegal version of the disc, or by using another mac to create the bootable drive. Could be the wrong forum to ask it in and if I'm breaking any rules I'll just stop this topic now.
