ubuntu and ubuzilla updating?

i used ubuzilla to get 3.5 and thank you very much !
now in the updates ubuntu has 3.0.13 available
so my question

should i just do it and it won't mess with my new firefox
or should i lock the 7 updates and will that hurt if i update the ubuzilla when 3.5.4 comes out someday?

you can let synaptic do the updates - they won't interfere with ubuntuzilla's install of official mozilla build of firefox.
