Thubnails for videos How kubuntu

In gnome im used to all my avi files having a little picture of the movie i want to play but in kde it doesnt do this just a default movie icon how can i set it to show a thumbnail of the movie.

sudo apt-get install mplayerthumbs

then in dolphin go to Settings > Configure Dolphin > General > Previews tab and enable the "Video files" option.

edit: to configure, run mplayerthumbsconfig
