Hey,
Loving my pangolin laptop now. The battery life has improved with time somehow and I'm getting an hour and a half easy. The screen continues to impress me as does the fact that I've almost finished my PhD thesis using linux software. The only thing that continues to irritate me is the low volume output of speakers and headphones.

However, my keyboard has started to lift in the middle. There is a bulge in the middle where the entire keyboard has lifted off of where the keyboard should be affixed to. It doesn't affect my typing much but I'm concerned that it will scratch the beautiful screen if I don't fix it.
Any ideas? I can't send it back right now. I'm still writing a thesis.

I'm OK with opening up desktops and have assembled one before from scratch but opening a laptop scares me a bit.

thanks,
Rob

Above the F1, F8 and Ins keys, there are little, spring-loaded tabs that hold the keyboard down. Try pushing the tabs back (with something thin), pressing the keyboard down and then releasing the tabs.

You sir, are awesome.
Problem fixed. Although I'll be a bit of an *** and correct you. There are tabs behind Esc, F5, F11 and Del.
Thanks for the super quick reply. Unfortunately I have to go back to my thesis now.
