problems with repositrys

Ok when i run apt-update i get the following error

i have changed my sources.list using sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list to the following

i would assume there is somthing wrong with my connex but access the net fine through firefox

any 1 got ne ideas what i am doing wrong?
