Updating JDK

Going from 1.5.0_05 to 1.5.0_06. Is there a way to update or do I just need to download and install latest version?

Download and install the latest version. That's the easiest way, and I don't think JRE incremental updates work on Linux, only on Windows. Besides, that's only for the JRE, not the JDK you're after.
