The logo for IM2 (Internet Messenger 2) looks kinda like Ubuntu logo.

I hope the similiarity will not create a problem for Ubuntu in the future. Do the developers knows about this?

This was reported in IRC very early on in Ubuntu's development when I joined in, and Ubuntu was around before the IM2. They copied us. ;)

In November someone came on IRC and had told us that to day IM2 had been released. We said, "So?" and found out that they stole our logo pretty much. >:
