open multiple virtual desktop?

i want to play RO by opening 2 instances of it. but when i try to open 2 instances of it it gets opened on the same virtual desktop. is there a way to create 2 separate instances of virtual desktop so i can play RO with 1 char leveling while another one is vending?

Can't you move it to another desktop?
Or have you tried moving to another desktop and then trying to open it?
Ctrl + Alt + <- or ->
