QT interface for a script

I'm looking for a tool to make a QT (no GTK libraries) front-end for an installer script
any idea?

There are a few Qt bindings for script languages, including Perl, Python, and Ruby.

Try kdialog. Mostly likely it is already in your system if you use kde.
