Some wine windows without decoration

Wine windows like winecfg or virtual desktop don't have window decoration. I took a screenshot:

"Allow the window manager to decorate the windows" is selected. How can I make winecfg and virtual desktops have window decoration?

Fixed it by deselecting "Allow window manager to control the windows" and leaving selected "Allow window manager to decorate the windows", but now all wine windows look like old ugly windows. If anyone knows how can I have decoration and use my theme, I'll appreciate it. Thanks
