hello,
I'm running a little podcast on the internet and would like to improve the quality of the recordings. (right now I'm using a cheap mic plugged into the mic-input on my laptop :/ )
I tried to find a mixer that would work with Ubuntu (I'm using the latest Studio install) but I had no luck. Actually everyone said different things. (ie: Asus mixers are fine, but they really are NOT!?)
So, is there a specific brand that works with Linux out of the box? Or I have to do "hackery" to make things work ...
thanks,
