i'm using a MacBook 2,1.

i remember this touchpad feature a while back (a few weeks ago before "the switch") in OS X, wherein there's a brief delay once you 'let go' of the touchpad to give you an opportunity to continue moving if ever you reach the edge of it.*

is there a setting for that in ubuntu?

* please tell if i confuse you with this long sentence

On 9.04, in control panel, mouse, accessability, there is something call dwell click. You can activate it (it's off by default) set the thresholds, and define what it's supposed to do.

i tried it but it's not what i'm looking for. i think what the dwell click just does is let you do various click types without pressing a button.

thanks, man
