On a MacBook Pro 5,1 executing lspci -vnn | grep 14e4 gives 04:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller [14e4:432b] (rev 01)

In http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43 (http://linuxwireless.org/en/users/Drivers/b43) this is listed as unsupported (see unsupported chips section).

Hmmm... ? What does this really mean? Apologies if I miss something obvious.

im not quite sure, but i think it means there is no open source driver for it...there are binary propietary drivers available though.
