How to use VirtualBox

I'm using ubuntu 9.04 installed inside windows xp with WUBI. Today I've installed Sun VirtualBox-3.0.4(for xp), but cannot figured it out how to use it. I want to run my installed ubuntu(not ISO) while I'm in XP. What should I do?

Im pretty sure your going to have to install Ubuntu inside VBox. I tried it that way when I first started using Ubuntu. Since HD space isn't a problem with me. I thought better of it and just installed Ubuntu on a separate drive.
