Nettop capabilities

Do the Nettop series desktops run XP well, either virtualized or as a genuine instance? Just looking for a cheapo computer for my parents. Also, whats the difference in capability between the two nettops? I see one has nVidia graphics...but I thought the netbooks were so underpowered they were not suited to games at all. Does the nVidia allow youtube video streaming better or something?

I've got an atom based netbook and it runs XP in virtualbox extremely well, actually. The atom in my netbook does not support vt-x stuff, but it works good.

The NetTops will run an XP install fine. It may have somewhat limited functionality in VirtualBox.

The nVidia version (the Ion) runs 3D games great.
