Yes, I used Shut Down, not suspend.

It's also a Toshiba NB205 Sable Brown Model. I don't want to take it back because of this.

So what should I do?

It's closed as wontfix. I've also had my Wake on LAN disabled, so yeah.

I also just tested the battery without USB Sleep and Charge enabled overnight, still drains about 9% within 7-8 hours.
