i have one g3ibook it is 500mhz and has a 10gb harddrive and has i think 196 of ram, it was running really slow on osx so i found out you could put Ubuntu on PPC so i was like , let me try that. so i started installing and it stopped and said a file was corrupt , than i put in a another copy of Ubuntu 6.10 and tried it, and it finished and when it started up it came to the linux prompt thingy. it asked me to login and i did and it did nothing , so i download a bunch of other linuxs for PPC and i can`t any of them to work . i am really lost. right now i keep getting errors for corrupt files and hard drive errors . please help me i really want to make this thing work :sad:
